Our Story
Founded with a vision to transform workplace safety and career development in Africa, OH Gear-Up emerged from the recognition that two critical needs were not being adequately addressed: businesses struggling with occupational hygiene compliance and science graduates unsure how to enter this high-demand field.
Led by experienced occupational hygienists and career development specialists, we've built a unique model that serves both audiences simultaneously. Businesses get expert compliance support, while aspiring hygienists gain the mentorship and practical experience they need to launch successful careers.
Today, we work with companies across mining, manufacturing, construction, and energy sectors, while guiding hundreds of students and professionals toward rewarding careers in occupational hygiene.
