Our Story
Founded with a vision to transform workplace safety and career development in Africa, OH Gear Up emerged from the recognition that two critical needs were not being adequately addressed: businesses struggling with occupational hygiene compliance and science graduates unsure how to enter this high-demand field.
Led by experienced occupational hygienists and career development specialists, we've built a unique model that serves both audiences simultaneously. Businesses get expert compliance support, while aspiring hygienists gain the mentorship and practical experience they need to launch successful careers.
